Consider Re-Design Instead of Staging

The Goal of Re-design:

~ To create a beautiful & Market ready home for sale by re-arranging items that already exist in the home. This includes De-cluttering as well as moving furniture, rugs, lamps, nick knacks, paintings, etc. as well as minor adjustments in the back and front yards.

~ Recommendations on new paint colors, repairs and possible purchases such as new bathroom towels and flowers...

~ How I work:  I have equipment to help us easliy move furniture without lifting or scratching the floors, as well as picture hanging accessories.  We begin by working on one room at a time.  I make major furniture placement changes first and then move onto picture hanging and accessory placement.

~ You will get a time estimate as well as cost estimate

~ A detailed room by room list of recommendations

~ Upon request, a copy of a CD can be made of the before & after photographs for rememberance for your-self or your real estate client.
